• Make sure the property owner knows IVEKA is coming if you are unable to accompany them
• Have the property clean and ready to shoot prior to IVEKA arriving
• Have all pets put away so they do not knock over any expensive equipment
• Make sure there is adequate lighting to take photos in a room
• Select a day that is not raining if you wish to do outdoor photos
